In Emergencies, These Guys Are Cool
"Friday, June 12, we lost our air conditioning. While the temperatures have been relatively low, inside, the temperature kept rising. When it reached 85 we called our normal service man and received no reply. At 9:30 Saturday, we called Daisy Mountain [Air Conditioning].
Bret was there in less than an hour, got us up and running within two hours and didn't charge a thing. He said this would get us through the weekend.
On Monday, three other men from the company were at our house at 8:30 to install a new system. They worked from 8:30 until 5:30, up in the attic, so you know how hot it was up there.
They took away every scrap from the old system, cleaned up all around our yard and vacuumed the bathroom and hallway where they were working. The next day, Eric - the president of the company - called to ensure we were satisfied.
They went over and above for us and we so very much appreciate all that the company and the hard working men did for us. Thank you, Daisy Mountain Air."
